This is the condition where upper teeth have "crossed" over the bottom teeth. This can be with the front or back teeth. Most of the times, a crossbite needs to be corrected early, as in this case, where this patients front teeth erupted behind her bottom teeth. In this case, the skeletal development was normal; there was just poor alignment of her teeth.
